• Membership Fee is Rs.2000/- for all the residents of four provinces of Pakistan including Federal Capital and Azad Kashmire.
• Membership fee for foreigners is Rs.5000/- which is to be sent in advance by bank draft in favor of GHULAM SARWAR SHABAB Account No.1640,Branch No.676,UBL Bus Stand, Haveli Lakha Distt.Okara,Punjab PAKISTAN.
• No member would be allowed to use the name of the IDARA-E-FAIZAN-E-RUHANIA PAKITAN (I.F.R.P).
• Membership fee and other financial assistance for the publication of books and seminars is not refundable and nontransferable to any other member.
• Members will have to abide by all the instructions issues from the IDARA-E-FAIZAN-E-RUHANIA PAKITAN (I.F.R.P) from time to time.
• The Chief Executive has the authority to cancel the membership of any member without declaring any cause.
• All the members of IDARA-E-FAIZAN-E-RUHANIA PAKITAN (I.F.R.P) would be the spiritual disciples of the Chief Executive (Ghulam Sarwar Shabab, Occultist. )
• No member would be allowed for the unfair and illegal use of the spiritual sciences.

The chief Executive will have the authority to decide all the disputed matters. The decision issued by the chief organizer will be final and no member would be allowed to move to any court.

The aim of the establishment of IDARA-E-FAIZAN-E-ROOHANIA PAKISTAN (I.F.R.P) is the research and propagation of spiritual sciences and arts, so that this spiritual heritage of our forefathers may be saved. Spiritual sciences and arts often remain confidential. The decrees of infidelity become a hurdle in the way of development and propagation of spiritual sciences. Moreover the national printed material on spiritualism is so short that that the mind remains disturbed even after studying through out the life. In this situation the time might have come that the knowledge and the man knowing that knowledge might have come to an end. The common people hate and the elite remain unsatisfied from spiritualism. This is the era of that situation in our life. In Pakistan, Government neither supervises the spiritual sciences nor is there any private comprehensive private institute which may fulfill the demands of thirsty spiritual learners. No single person is available to take interest for the guidance of the learners of spiritualism. In this way the needy persons remain always in search of knowledge through out the life. Persons do not succeed individually because no proper guide is available. The establishment of the Idara like ours was needed for a long time in Pakistan. Hence the IDARA-E-FAIZAN-E-ROOHANIA PAKISTAN (I.F.R.P) has started, to introduce the spiritual sciences and arts, to bring the spiritual sciences in competition of material sciences and to enlighten the great vision of this art and moreover the teaching and propagation of these hidden sciences since 1990. The membership is available for all. You may also join us after getting the membership for the development, progress and propagation of occult sciences, transcendental, astrological and spiritual sciences.
